About CrossFit UnHinged
Bare bones aptly describes CrossFit UnHinged's gym. Rigs, squat racks, medicine balls, and other manually operated fitness equipment fills the space. It's just how the trainers want it, as the focus is on functional movements and not machines. By performing functional-movement exercises at a high intensity, they enhance power, speed, and agility. Those exercises feature a mix of Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, cardio, and body-weight resistance training, scalable to each exerciser's fitness level. By mixing up the exercises, they prep class members for all physical challenges, be it sports, work, or Double Dare. To ensure workouts don't become routine, they change them daily, and to ensure newbies can quickly join in the challenges, the trainers offer a fundamentals course that instills the basics of CrossFit.
