Unlimited CrossFit classes at CrossFit Unlimited Potential use functional-fitness exercises focused on making everyday tasks easier. Exercises commonly used in a functional-fitness regimen mimic such everyday movements: squatting to pick up a heavy object, lunging forward toward an out-of-reach ledge, balancing on an unstable chair as the shelf collapses.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Tired of picking my own workout and knowing I wanted a little more push, I explored CrossFit. When I realized there are plenty of people looking for the same thing but need motivation to have someone by their side pushing them, I was ready—ready to see the inner athlete come out in anyone!
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing my clients get stronger, especially mentally. We all have that inner beast in us just waiting for someone to bring it out, and what better way than seeing physical changes? Those physical and mental changes make better relationships with yourself, family, and friends around you. It's awesome!
