At CrossFit Vaughan, it's easy to stay motivated when you're surrounded by a community of like minded individuals! Our workouts change daily to keep it fresh, and our coaches are there to teach you everything you need to know in a safe, structured environment.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
CrossFit is a life changing experience. To not share that with others is simply selfish!
What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to wake up everyday and share with people something that I love! Being able to watch people grow and achieve their desired results is a wonderful feeling!
