Choose Between Two Options
- $39 for a one-month membership for experienced CrossFitters ($150 value)
- $149 for a three-month membership for beginners ($450 value)
For experienced students, CrossFit classes are one hour long and held seven days per week. Beginner CrossFit classes also last an hour long and are held four days per week. Though not required to participate in CrossFit classes, members must complete four private sessions in order to use barbells. Substitution movements and dumbbells will be used in place of barbells. Members with previous lifting or CrossFit experience can elect to test out of private sessions.
CrossFit Willow Glen
The certified CrossFit trainers at CrossFit Willow Glen want to help clients get in the best shape of their lives in an atmosphere similar to a sports team—everyone knows one another, and coaches motivate members to push harder and achieve fitness goals. CrossFit uses a wide variety of movements, from squats to pushups, weightlifting, and gymnastics, to tone muscles and burn fat rapidly. Each class is different, eliminating workout boredom, and clients incorporate kettlebells, wall balls, and boot-camp-type moves in each one-hour indoor session.
