More Questions and Answers

Q:

Im sorry, maybe I was not clear on my question. Does the price cover 12 classes not matter which ones, meaning 12 classes regardless of you take the hour of half hour classes? Or do you get additional classes over the 12 if you only take the 1/2 hour ones? thanks.

Linette P.  asked on  Mar 4, 2013

A:

Your groupon is for 12 classes total, including 1/2 hour classes- they count as a full class.

Q:

I see the 39$ fee covers 12 classes. Is it the same number for either the 1/2 hour or 1 hour classes? or would iIget more if I took the 1/2 hour classes? Thanks.

Linette P.  asked on  Mar 4, 2013

A:

the 1/2 hour classes are a great option for learning technique and form (ON Ramps) and if you are short on time.(express) You will not be wasting time in any of our classes.

Q:

I am a 60 year old woman who is not overweight, but over the past year has completely got out of shape. Is this something I could do or would it be too hard for me to start back with something like this? I don't want to embarrass myself. :-) Thank you! Cherie

Cherie E.  asked on  Mar 4, 2013

A:

Cherie, I would not recommend this workout for you- I do think it would be too rigorous to begin with - for safety and not embarassments sake. If you want, I would honor 10 mat/cardio classes at our sister studio www.pilates1901.com for the same $39 price. We have a groupon running for 1901 as well. Thanks t
