About Croydon Rose Spa & Apothecary
At Croydon Rose Spa & Apothecary, the healing space for massage and yoga is a haven for relaxation. Beyond the classroom space, two private treatment rooms await. There, the spa team treats clients to massages, natural facials, and full-body scrubs. There's even a treatment that fuses yoga with pampering: Thai massage, which releases tension through a combination of massage, stretching, and assisted yoga poses.
It's all as relaxing as sinking into a bed that gently strokes your hair, especially when you consider the yoga spa's location. It occupies the seventh floor of a 1930s boutique hotel, Hotel Croydon. That means visitors can follow their healing treatments with an overnight stay—or with a dip in the ocean, which is across the street, just outside the hotel's doors. For locals, their yoga co-op membership allows guests to attend their weekly Saturday morning yoga class (10 a.m.) for $20 per month. Membership also comes with spa discounts and other perks.
