Always on time and they work all of the time when they're at your house

Good cleaning, but arrived over an hour late and charged for 2 hours when it was barely over 1 hour and didn't day anything about the additional hour. I was scheduled for an hour so I obviously didn't like seeing the charge being more than twice what I signed up for, and that's on top of a $20 tip. Will not use again because of this.
