The youth camp helps young athletes in all sports excel in tryouts and at game time by building strong muscles and nimble feet. Camps run throughout the school year from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. <p>
The bootcamp tones bodies and boosts stamina with workouts tailored to each participant’s ability, and includes body composition testing, progress tracking, and a free T-shirt. The bootcamp starts Tuesday, September 3, and runs three times per week: Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. <p>
