About Cryo Body Works
Visitors at Cryo Body Wellness shed their clothing and stand neck-deep in swirling sub-zero mist. Here, they'll no doubt feel a little chilly as temperatures inside these upright booths drop down to 240 degrees below zero. The concept is simple: as bodies cool, blood rushes to their core where it soaks up extra oxygen. When clients step out of the booth and warm up, this oxygen-rich blood floods into sore muscles and injured areas, delivering oxygen they wouldn't normally have gotten, like when an astronaut finds a balloon in space.
