I got held up add another appointment and let them know as soon as I could. Unfortunately oh, it was not my fault but rules are rules right? This person wrote me a really rude text without a hesitation of asking me if I wanted to reschedule or anything like that. I have no idea about their service because I was never allowed to go to the appointment or reschedule. Lame. Just bad business
