About This Deal
Choose from Three Options
- $39.50 for one whole-body cryotherapy session ($69 value)
- $79 for three whole-body cryotherapy sessions ($174 value)
- $120 for five whole-body cryotherapy sessions ($259 value)
Often employed by celebrities or athletes recovering from workouts or injuries, cryotherapy uses hyper-cold temperatures to reduce inflammation, relieve pain, and increase mobility. During each session, clients stand comfortably for up to three minutes inside a chamber cooled to -200 to -240 degrees Fahrenheit. Though the skin’s surface temperature can drop, the treatment’s short duration keeps guests’ core temperatures at normal levels. Reported benefits include increased energy, decreased pain, decreased fatigue, improved sleep, reduced inflammation, and faster healing.

About Cryotherapy Indy
Cryotherapy Indy believes that if you take care of your body, your body will take care of you. That's why they created the spa-like atmosphere at Cryotherapy Indy. The friendly staff generates a positive vibe that permeates throughout the clinic, helping clients feel relaxed, while encouraging healing, easing pain, promoting detoxification, and increasing both energy and mood. Rather than just treating symptoms, the team uses whole-body therapies with the goal of discovering and treating the root source of health problems, so that clients can find lasting health.
Dr. Charbel Harb, founder of Cryotherapy Indy, is an authority on whole-body health. As a child, he witnessed his mother's struggles with migraines, and he has since made it his life mission to help people heal their pain and live a healthier lifestyle through an integrated health approach incorporating the mind, body, and spirit. He holds degrees in chiropractic and human biology, and is trained and licensed in the areas of acupuncture, dry needling, sports injuries, pediatric care, and head, neck, and orofacial rehabilitation. Dr. Charbel combines that with years of clinical experience, using clinically-proven therapies and personal scientific research to provide innovative and leading-edge services to his clients.
