The facility wasn't the cleanest walking in, but Crystal was nice enough. I wish I had known when buying this that she graduated from beauty school a year ago. She needs a lot more practice. First, she used bleach to do my highlights, I didn't realize it until she was half way through and poured more. When cutting my hair, I asked to trim the ends, she took off 2-3 inches, and I had to remind her that I had layers she had to trim as well. My hair looks like a 5 year old grabbed scissors and wanted to play. I am so disappointed and saddened! I will now need to pay someone else to fix this.

Hi Laura,
Thank you for your review. I never heard any feedback from you directly so I could fix this issue. All hairstylist use “lightener” to place
highlights so I am unsure why this was an issue. I would love to make this right as I have never had any problems and have had a 4 star review from all up until now. Very sorry you had a bad experience and would be more then happy to make it right.
