Though she dedicated herself to fine photography for years, exhibiting black-and-white collections in New York and Paris, Tiziana DiTullio felt an emptiness at the center of her work. Despite the artistry of her photos, Tiziana felt that she wasn't giving full expression to her passion for photography or making the contribution to society that she so desired. This all changed in 2005, when a nonprofit invited Tiziana to Brazil's Jequitinhonha Valley to take pictures of the people living there, igniting a newfound passion in her for photographing families and children. Since then, DiTullio has specialized in beautifully composed shots of newborn babies, pregnant mothers, and smiling families, immortalizing happy moments on film for posterity and the people who walk through strangers' living rooms.
