Based on the college's The Art of Being Alive program, these condensed four-hour courses teach participants mindful-meditation techniques that awaken the senses and calm the mind and body. The experienced instructors also help participants sleep better, control pain, improve work performance, and strengthen interpersonal relationships. Art of Being Alive is designed for beginners,but it is still beneficial for more advanced practitioners. Art of Being Alive II continues these practices and uses colors, sounds and chakra that deepen the experience. Click here for more info on each course.
