Q:

If you buy 4 tickets can it be used by different people at different times

Monika B.  asked on  May 26, 2012

A:

Helllo Monika, The four tickets can be used by four different people, however, they must use all four tickets together at the same entry. If you would like to buy tickets for different people to attend at their own time, i would recommend purchasing the single tickets.

Q:

I got an email for $10 off my first Groupon purchase. I decided today to use it today, and found a great offer in my area for wine and canvas. I purchased the Groupon but, in doing so I never found any spot to check for redemption of the promo offer. I decided to forget the $10 and just use the Groupon. I followed the directions on the voucher . . . went to the website filled out the form and selected my location, etc. When I hit submit, I was asked to give my payment information again. Needless to say, I did not complete the transaction. I am afraid I don't understand this process or how to use it. It's appearantly just to difficult for my poor brain. Could you please just refund my purchase?

Terry A.  asked on  May 26, 2012

A:

I apologize in advance for not being able to assist you as I am a merchant with Groupon, not an employee of Groupon. I would recommend contacting Groupon's customer support: 1 (888) 375-5777 Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm CST for assistance. Good Luck!
