they do not have oil filters in house. i had to wait an hour to get serviced. the garage is very, very,unorganized. Car parts are everywhere on the floor ,hoods of cars,etc..

This is my 2nd time doing business with CTM and they do a good job. I’ve been there for a lil change and both times I was in and out in about 30min.

Oil change was quick as usual, however I didn't like the fact that when I got there I was informed that my vehicle needed an extra quart of oil for an additional charge. I feel I should have been called or texted about it like I was texted for my vin#.
