Cuban Pete's Kitchen and Rum Bar
Cuban Pete's feels like a little slice of Cuba transplanted to Miami, then transplanted again to downtown Long Beach. Cuban Pete's Mojito Lounge keeps its two tropical dance floors and enormous stage hopping with with Latin music, EDM, and of course their signature mojitos. Folks can even post up in cabanas complete with bottle service, or take a break on one of two smoking patios or in the hookah lounge.
Next door is Cuban Pete's Kitchen and Rum Bar, a new concept that dishes out authentic caribbean fare like mofongo chicken, stuffed with a spiced mix of mashed plantains and garlic, and masas de puerco frito, a mouthwatering preparation of fried boneless pork in a Cuban garlic sauce. A top-shelf cocktail menu packed with signature drinks and martinis alongside a section of tropical creations does its duty prepping customers for a night of dancing.
