Cucina D's founder Chef Damiano DiCenso never tires of introducing guests—and coworkers—to his flavorful recipes. The chef and his staff create favorites such as slow-braised pork osso buco in marsala sauce, linguine topped with shrimp, calamari, and mussels, and arancini—large rice balls stuffed with meatballs, peas, and cheese before being lightly baked. The hearty, savory flavors pair well with equally rich desserts, such as molten chocolate cake or limoncello marscapone cake.
