I have been dining here for over ten years. Sadly this location is closing. Lots of wonderful memories of wonderful service and the most comforting meals I have had (other than Momma's cookin' of course 😉). They do have a location in the Arboretum that I have not been to. You better believe they will be seeing me there soon though! These are the most amazing people and the most amazing food from every corner of Asia. I can't speak any higher of this phenomenal establishment!

About Cuisine Malaya

Malay, Chinese, and Indian flavors invite diners on a delicious trip across Asia without ever having them the dining room of Cuisine Malaya. Here, meals kick off transcontinental journeys by locking trays in their upright position and revving engines with popular appetizers such as roti canai, a type of flatbread appetizer served alongside a bowl of curry. Then diners move on to entrees such as Malaysian favorite beef randang, whose spicy hunks of beef replicate the best romances by simmering in a pool of coconut milk. But the menu is vegetarian-friendly, too, especially thanks to such creations as curry laksa—one of the most popular dishes in Malaysia and Singapore. In addition to its lengthy menu, Cuisine Malaya also boasts an extensive wine list, a hibachi grill, and a sushi bar that plates up more than 20 different rolls.
