I know you mentioned 16 and up but my daughter is a very mature 12 and loves baking. She has been working with fondant and has all the tools, hoping this is an option. Also, are there any other costs involved? Thank you

This class is hands on. You will be trying all the techniques yourself and you will be able to take home a 7" cake at the end of the class.
