Q:

Are heated rear windows a problem-- Covered by warranty? Is warranty transferable? Can appointment be made and wait for application? If so, approx how long would be the wait?

Cecil L.  asked on  Sep 5, 2012

A:

Heated rear windows are not a problem. Warranty is for Workmanship, fading, bubbling, and peeling of the window film applied by us. The receipt for proof of purchase will be required for a transferable warranty. Appointments must be made for the application of the film on vehicles. Please allow approx 1-2 hours wait time depending upon vehicle make and model.
