What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Custom Cut & Style AVEDA is a family business that was founded on the basis of growing people. Second-generation owner Jamie takes pride in mentoring her team with Linda her mother and manager at her side.
What do you love most about your job? What we all love most about our job is our ability to make people feel better about themselves. The personal connections we have with our guests is important to us and something we do not take lightly. We are there for some of the most important parts of people’s lives, and it is an honor to do so. Our job gives us the ability to grow as people and become better versions of ourselves everyday. That gives us opportunities to give back to the community we love..
