I would not recommend this company. After we bought the Groupon, we sent a couple messages through their website via “contact us”...they never responded. We called a couple times. Their vm did not identify their company, I wasn’t sure if it was a valid business. When I got through, Elena was super nice and then on, responsive. She said their phone was through SKYPE. Also, their was a time, when doing business with them that their phone gave a message of not being in service. Gabriel came to our home. He was nice and professional. We decided to move forward with stain and matte finish for our patio. The matte finish was an additional $210 When we went to redeem the voucher Elena of Custom Epoxy said they were having an issue with Groupon they would not accept the Groupon. We decided to pay cash and resolve the issue with Groupon later. The total was $299 stain + $210 matte finish. They were apologetic and the cash price was $410. The work was done in one day. It looked better than before but it was still just “OK”. It’s been approximately two weeks and we did not hear another word from them. They did not contact us to make sure we were happy, if everything was ok or if we had additional questions. I would not recommend them. Groupon resolved our issue by allowing us to use their Groupon bucks for an alternative purchase.
