Great bootcamp! I love the variation in the workouts! We do something different everyday! I only wish I had the option to attend 5 days a week in the mornings at national harbor.

What You'll Get

Mental fitness may be key to surviving tense Candy Land matches, but nothing enables you to actually lift heavy objects like physical fitness. Today's Groupon whips you into shape, with no room for excuses. For $45, new customers get one month of unlimited outdoor boot camp sessions at Custom Fitness Concepts, up to a $140 value. Once you enroll online, using the special code provided on your Groupon, simply bring your printout to any of Custom Fitness Concepts' 15 area locations (see sidebar). If winter in DC is too brisk for you, or you're currently ducking your snowman ex, you can hold onto your Groupon and use it through July.

Custom Fitness Concepts' boot camp is first and foremost not a gym; it doesn't even hire anyone named Jim. The structured fitness regimens change daily, but expect to experience a mixture of exercise bands, resistance training, cardio, yoga, Pilates, super-slow exercises, and a few surprises of your instructor's concoction. Your friendly, motivational instructors will also tailor the intensity of your workout to fit your own personal fitness level, be it "retired football player" or "just woke up from a coma, so please spoiler alert everything you say." If you're sluggish by nature, the chilly outdoor conditions will make your body want to keep moving. Outdoor boot camp in winter is also nice if you love exercise, but hate sweating.

After a month of unlimited boot camp at Custom Fitness Concepts, not only will you see and feel the results, but also you might smell, hear, and taste them.
