Personal trainer Paul Wilcox has been a firefighter, a first responder, and an eight-year member of the Reserves. Though his career achievements have been diverse, and often extremely physical, a few years ago Paul found he needed to set himself some concrete fitness goals. So, he lost weight, developed muscle mass, and began to compete in bodybuilding competitions.
At Cut Weight Fitness, Paul helps others make similar transformations happen for themselves. He knows how dramatically fitness can change a person's life, and he's eager to help others on that same journey. At his facility, Paul does personal training, leads boot-camp sessions, and guides nutrition and wellness programs.
