At Cutthroat Fitness, workouts are programmed to facilitate a five- to six-day workout week, isolating different muscle groups every day. HIIT training, endurance training, tabata training, body re-composition…we offer it all with fun, one-of-a-kind training style.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We offer free measurements, body-fat analysis, and nutrition coaching to all current group-fitness clients. These records ensure that you stay motivated and on track to reach your goals.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
With more than a decade of experience in personal training and group-fitness experience, our trainers are dedicated to helping spread healthy lifestyles. With experience in various fields, such as nutrition and rehabilitation, we approach health from a full-body perspective, rather than just fitness.
What do you love most about your job?
Taking people from unhealthy to healthy, unhappy to happy, and weak to strong gives us a sense of pride. Seeing this transformation occur is something you can’t see in most fields of work, which is why we do it!
