Q:

If I buy the Groupon for Cyclepath and give it as a gift for Xmas, the person will not want to take his bike in for tuning until the spring, like April, i.e. after the groupon expiry date of February. Can the Groupon be extended for use until the end of April? He is away all winter as well. Thanks, R.

Roberta A.  asked on  Nov 19, 2012

A:

Unfortunately, there is no way to extend the expiration date because it is part of the agreement terms that we worked out with the business prior to offering the deal.

If you ever have an issue redeeming your Groupon, please contact our Customer Service Department by clicking here or calling us at 877-788-7858. We'll be happy to help!

Q:

Hi. What if my chain is broken in one place? Would this deal cover repair? If not, what would be the extra cost? Thanks

Evgeniy F.  asked on  Nov 19, 2012

A:

Hi, we could put a new link in so the cost would be a few dollar's...but depending on the bike and type of chain,a chain replacement would be $9.95 for labour and on average a new chain cost's $15.00. Regards, Mike.

Will you true all wheels? The spoke nipples are concealed on my carbon tubular wheels.

A:

Yes we do a basic truing on both wheels. We can give a more precise quote when we see the bike but on average additional truing may be an additional $10.00.
