*Hybrid Eyelash Extension are a mixture of both Individual and Volume Lash Extensions.

*Individual Eyelash Extension are a technique used when a single lash extension is applied to one isolated natural lash.

It is VERY important to follow protocol in order to achieve proper retention! Do not consume any caffeine products 5 hours prior to your appointment. Face must be free of makeup an/or any facial/lash products. Contacts must be removed during service. Arrive in comfy clothing to help you relax during service. Empty bladder prior to lash appointment. Silence phone during service. Fill-in appointments are for returning clients. For your fill-in appointment, lashes must be up to 3 weeks old and 50%full. If lashes are not 50% full before your 3rd week you will need to schedule a full set. Once service is finished I will go over instructions on how to properly care for your lashes. 

Late Policy:

Incase of an emergency please notify me as soon as possible. If possible I can try my best to accommodate you. A $15 late fee will apply after 15 minutes. After 15 minutes without any proper notification appointment will be canceled without refund.

Reschedule/Cancellations:

Please give a 24 hour advance notice if you are not able to make it to your appointment. On the third reschedule/cancellation, there will not be a refund.

No-Shows:

No call/No show after 15 minutes without any proper notification appointment will be canceled without refund.
