Each hot air balloon excursion lasts approximately 3.5 hours, from meeting the crew to finishing up the champagne breakfast with fruit, bagels, and breakfast sweet bread at a vineyard picnic area. The crew takes approximately 30 minutes to set up the balloon, and the flight lasts for about an hour.
