D and R were wonderful to work with. I needed my furnace serviced and they were great on the phone answering my questions and setting up my service appointment on a day that suited me. The technician alerted me in the morning exactly what time he’d arrive(and he was spot on!) He was friendly and helpful with suggestions and explanations. Good appointment!

I called first to make sure they would accept the Groupon based on where I live. He said yes and then said, "We can come today!" They did! The service tech called me when he was on his way. He was fast, friendly, and even liked me dog. Couldn't ask for anything more!
