In one-hour small-group boot-camp sessions, participants build their strength and stamina through floor exercises, balance and resistance training, and obstacle courses covered with exercise balls, rope ladders, chains, bands, and tires. Instructors watch closely before handing out individual coaching and nutrition advice to motivate and account for each participant’s athletic progress.
