What You'll Get
If you've never had authentic New Haven pizza, then what you think is pizza might in fact be a cunningly disguised pretzel. Clear up the confusion with today's Groupon: for $15, you get $30 worth of pizza, burgers, wings, and other classic American fare at Daddy's Beach Club in Hull.
Just off the shore of Nantasket Beach, Daddy's Beach Club soaks the senses, splashing ears with live music and dousing appetites with a menu of hand-tossed pizzas, grilled-to-order burgers, and other American culinary standbys. Dough carpenters hammer out thin-crust pizzas in the traditional New Haven style, forged by hand and baked in a brick oven, giving each pizza its own shape and eliminating the possibility of saucy sabotage from evil-twin pizzas. White pies come dressed with garlic, olive oil, and cheese, and red pies add a layer of crushed tomato sauce ($10 for small, $16 for large), both ready to be accessorized with 20 different toppings ($0.50–$5 each), including artichoke hearts, bacon, clams, and meatballs. Swap the hearth for a grill, taking care to do so with flame-retardant hands, and opt for an all-beef Nathan's hot dog tucked into a buttery bun ($5.50) or an 8-ounce cheeseburger blanketed with a choice of three types of cheese ($8.99), each served with regular, sweet-potato, or curly fries.
Daddy's Beach Club fills its stage with live entertainment almost every night of the year, so diners may find their slices serenaded by sun-splashed reggae jams or face-melting blues riffs. Get stumped at Tuesday-night trivia, or tap toes to burgers' bun-based love ballads at open-mic Mondays.

About Daddy's Beach Club
Situated across from Nantasket Beach on Boston's South Shore, Daddy's Beach Club opens its doors every day of the year to fuse fresh food with live entertainment. The staff prepares wings, burgers, or the restaurant's calling card: New Haven-style thin-crust pizza. They hand-toss each pie, and—with 20 toppings available for customization—no two are alike, much like a snowman's tears. On most nights, Daddy’s Beach Club combines its food and drink with festive events, such as pool tournaments, open-mic competitions, and live music.
