I had a really good experience with this company. Holly and Marianne were the cleaners. They arrived exactly on time and were professional polite, friendly and knew how to clean. It wasn't a spring clean job but it sure felt like one after they left. I was very happy with the job and would hire them again.

first off I booked an appointment with them and the day of the appointment no one showed. I receved a confirmation email fom them confirming the appointment for that day. when I called them I was told I was not in the system and to email dailymaids. so I sent them an email, a woman named Sarah who works for daily maids emailed me back and also said I was not on the system. I then emailed her my confirmation email from them and she told me she would correct the problem and get a maid in for saturday (this was a friday). ,it wasn't perfect bit hey they fixed the poblem or so I thought. I then receved another email from them that day saying they wouldn't be able to get a maid on now until Sunday at 11:30. again not perfect but they were still coming. Sunday morning I emailed Sarah at daily maids to confirm hours and she did email me back to confirm. 11:50 rolls around on Sunday and the maid still was not at my place. so I email them again, to ask when she was coming? I received nothing back. 1 1/2 hrs late I email them again and receved no answer. I have emailed daily maids again this morning and have receved no answer as to why I did not receved a phone call or email for cancellation and when I will be receiving what I payed for. as of now they have cashed on my groupon and not given me the service I payed for and will not contact me to give me an awswer. now I'm out money as they have reened by groupon and ard not providing the serve I payed fir, so this is fraud! all I receved ftom this company was a no show!!@@

Hello Louisa I apologies I was out of the office , the cleaner were not available on Sunday. First off we never took your money you paid Groupon and your voucher is not redeemed for us to take your money. You can contact them for a refund if you feel this is a fraud. We have serviced many Groupon customers and unfortunately situations arise out of our control . We have offered to have a cleaner come out tomorrow morning at 9:00 am.
