About the instructor/teacher: Dawn (Seion) Vandever Sensei is the Chief Instructor at Aikido Kenshin Dojo. A Nidan (2nd-degree black belt), she has trained since 2014 under respected teachers and is also a Zen practitioner at Daiyuzenji.

Schedule of events: Bootcamp: Available one Saturday per month from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM

How long is each session?: Bootcamp sessions are 3 hours.

Is this a day camp or a sleepaway camp?: This is a single-day workshop. Not a camp.

What should I bring? Comfortable clothes that you can move in. Optional: water bottle and towel.
