Q:

The website for Dalice says a winetasting is $10 for 4 wines, which implies $20 for 2. The Groupon deal says its $14 for 2 people, but its a $28 value. How is that a $28 value...does it include cheeses or some type of food?

A:

Thanks for the question. No it does not include food but this is a full flight tasting. Standard tastings are 4 wines for 10 dollars, this promo is for 6-8 wines, depending on which varietals are being offered that day. It can be up to a $16 value per tasting.

Q:

Can't wait to visit your vineyard. By the way, do you have food available or should we dine before visiting? Could we bring a picnic, is there some where to sit? We plan on bringing another couple & of course want to enjoy good food & good wine :) Thanks

Janet B.  asked on  Aug 9, 2013

A:

Thank you for asking! Yes we do have food available. If you decide to order on arrival we offer artisanal cheese plates as well as antipasti. If you call 24 hours before hand we offer full luncheons tailored to your desires. If you do wish to bring your own picnic, we just ask you sit outside as we do have a food license. We do not allow any outside beverages however. We do have a fair amount of seating outdoors. We look forward to seeing you as well!

Q:

according to your website a tasting of 4 wines runs $10. Why is it listed as $14 here? Does this groupon include a "snack" or additional tastings? are you able to keep the glass?

Thanks for the question. As mentioned previously, this is for a full flight tasting. Standard tastings are $10 for 4 wines, this is for 6-8 wines, depending on which are being offered. It does not include a snack, although we do have crackers, and cheese plates and antipasti are available to order.

Q:

The website indicates that wine tasting is in seaon from Nov. to April, yet the Groupon expires 90 days after purchase. Also, the website states that wine tasting pricing is $10 per person. Why does the Groupon state that the list price is $28 for 2? Does the Groupon include more than the normal wine tasting?

Kim D.  asked on  Aug 7, 2013

A:

I am sorry for the confusion. We do offer tastings all year, I am not sure where is says that on the site. The standard tasting is $10 for 4 wines, the promo being offered is for a full flight tasting, 6-8 wines. I hope this helped.
