Dallas Observer Iron Fork

More than 30 restaurants—such as Antonio Ristorante, Banh Shop, and Crave Popcorn Co.—will offer samples of their food and alcoholic beverages. On the center stage, restaurateur Kent Rathbun will provide a play-by-play of the Chef Challenge, which pits Omar Flores (Casa Rubia) against returning champion Matt McCallister (FT33). The chefs compete to concoct the best dish they can with the ingredients they’re given, including one mystery ingredient. The winner is given the Iron Fork title.
