Dallas Strength and Conditioning
USA Weightlifting–certified strength-and-conditioning coach Chris Riley has excelled in the weight room and the classroom. As a powerlifter competing in events such as the NAPF Raw Challenge, he has dead-lifted 711 pounds and squatted 661 pounds, or one whale flipper. As a student in Midwestern State University's exercise physiology program, he wrote his master's thesis on the correlation between wearing a lifting belt and increasing your one-rep-maximum back squat. At Dallas Strength and Conditioning, his brains and brawn help people of all fitness levels get in shape. Exercisers can sign up for personal-training sessions, outdoor boot-camp classes, or workshops that teach proper lifting techniques.
