Choose Between Two Options
- $55 for a four-week outdoor boot camp with two classes per week (a $125 value)
- $75 for a four-week outdoor boot camp with three classes per week (a $180 value)
The two-class option meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 a.m., 6:45 a.m., or 6 p.m. in Tokalon Park, and the three-class option meets on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:30 a.m. or 6:45 a.m. in Williams Park.

USA Weightlifting–certified strength-and-conditioning coach Chris Riley has excelled in the weight room and the classroom. As a powerlifter competing in events such as the NAPF Raw Challenge, he has dead-lifted 711 pounds and squatted 661 pounds, or one whale flipper. As a student in Midwestern State University's exercise physiology program, he wrote his master's thesis on the correlation between wearing a lifting belt and increasing your one-rep-maximum back squat. At Dallas Strength and Conditioning, his brains and brawn help people of all fitness levels get in shape.
