About A Chat with Dan Knorr at Become Better

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Depending on the goals of the client, the type of workout each day can be drastically different from the previous one completed. This is beneficial because it not only helps find what is enjoyable for the client, but also produces results that help reach different goals.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? I try to set both short and long term goals. I also keep very detailed records that allows us to go back and see how the performance of certain activities has improved.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? My passion for the fitness industry started when I was a young kid trying to lose weight. It grew from there as I noticed the benefits it had on my life both athletically and general healthwise. I then decided to pursue school in the exercise science field. Which then led me here.

What do you love most about your job? Being able to use my talents to help a wide variety of people. I train kids as young as 10 and men and women as old as 72. I have even trained clients with disabilities. I have clients with all sorts of goals, trying to lose or gain weight, improve overall health, or are just looking to have fun.
