Very good for beginners or people that want relaxing dance time that are not good at dancing. For us it was a good none pressure time of exercising and learning dance moves.

We had wedding prep dance lessons, THANK GOODNESS we went here first so we could get some basic dance moves. It helped so much, they're great teachers even with a group of newbies, and made us look good on wedding day.
