I took a Zumba class with Eder that was amazing! On time and professional instructor, easy to follow, high energy and lots of charisma. The women attending were all fun and welcoming. Space is large, clean and there are snacks and water for purchase. Ample parking. Overall great experience !

I was greeted immediately by a very welcoming staff. It was my first yoga experience and Aimee the instructor constantly checked in to see how I was doing. Since it was Mother’s Day weekend we were offered champagne and a beautiful rose. Definitely will go back!

Today was my first class the place is very clean and I loved the class prices seem comparable and they also have YOGA and evening classes which are a huge plus due to work schedule still have 9 classes
