This class is for anyone who wants to tone their bodies, especially the core while working isolations, learning small beginner routines, and while having fun. Students should wear comfortable clothes, coin skirts (which can either be purchased before class or brought in) and are encouraged (but not mandatory) to wear something that shows their bellies.
- No dance experience necessary. Instructor Yoshie Kondo will take you on a journey like no other.
