We have rhythms and music that makes learning dance moves easy to learn and follow. We offer advance classes so you will never get board.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Wanting my own studio as a place for women & men to come dance & workout in a family friendly atmosphere. A place with no hesitation, no limitations and no judgments. We are women & men inspiring others of all ages and sizes to become the BEST version of themselves with our TEAM of instructors.

What do you love most about your job?
Empowering and inspiring others. Having them succeed and become the best version of themselves.
