With over 11 years of experience working with special needs, We are able to adapt the class to all abilities and ages! We start with fun Zumba like dancing, to get the body moving any way we can. Then finish with Yoga like stretching to center and strengthen our bodies.

What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
Be sure to bring a mat (if you have one) and a water bottle, comfy shoes and clothes you can move in.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have worked with special needs for over 11 years and have been teaching dance for almost 10. It only seemed right to combine my two passions into one!

What do you love most about your job?
Music and dance feeds the body and soul! It's all about getting the body moving for a healthier lifestyle and having fun with your friends dancing and being silly.
