About
A Chat with Danger Personal Training

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
The workouts are designed for people that don't like working out. You will learn how to enjoy exercise and be pleased with to discover where your talents lie, and that there are exercises you enjoy doing, but haven't found them yet.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Our clients are encouraged to try their best, but also will be challenged to push themselves to their goals. We have a very non-aggressive style and are big on positive reinforcement. Clients will learn psychological tactics to keep themselves focused on their progress.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Founder Jamie Ravenscroft grew up overweight, and discovered methods to change that. After years of bringing friends to the gym and talking to people about nutrition, he became a personal trainer. Starting Danger Personal Training is his way of making sure clients get exactly what they need.

What do you love most about your job?
I love my job because every day I am surrounded by brilliantly intelligent, bright personalities, caring yet realistic individuals that I know are making a difference in the world. I'm overjoyed to know that I am helping these wonderful people and am a positive influence in their life.
