It appears your purchase did not go through. Please make sure all your credit information is up-to-date on your Groupon profile. When your purchase a Groupon successfully, you will receive an email (at the email you have attached to your Groupon account) letting you know your purchase has gone through.

You can find and print your Groupons by logging into your account at www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, place your cursor over your name at the top right of the screen and click "My Groupons" in the drop-down menu that appears.

After you’ve reached that page, click “View Voucher” to open your Groupon in a new tab. To print, just click "Print Voucher".

If I save this and want to give it as a birthday present in April will they have 1 year from the date the groupon is activated to use it? So of they activate it May 1 2013 will they have till May 1 2014 to use the lessons?

You must activate the Groupon by Jul 17, 2013. You then have one year of lessons after you activate.

Q:

I just viewed a demo on your site. The one showing a chord. For me, the demonstrator should speak a little slower so I can absorb all he says. The one showing string installation was just right, and I could keep up with it. I liked that I could pause it, figure out what I need to do, and then continue, so that the lesson doesn't get away from me. Can I enlarge the picture, because I could not read everything clearly?
