More Questions and Answers

Q:

I am interested in purchasing but why does this doctor have soo many bad reviews and why is groupon promoting him... has his staff changed in the last couple of months? Or is it the same people supporting the office?

Mickey S.  asked on  Dec 23, 2012

A:

I have a large practice with thousands of patients. the vast majority of my patients are happy with my services. I am the former chief of staff at the hospital. I have seen over 1000 groupon patients with over a 85% positive feed back. we have many repeat groupon uses that us can see by the other questions on this site. You always have people with an agenda on the internet that are not happy with life. We have found competeors leaving negative feed back on the internet. The people that have a good experience have better things to do then leave feed back on the internet. Groupon has been happy with our services.

Q:

I have already gone through 6 laser sessions on my armpit and extended brizillian. However both need a few more sessions to get rid of the remaining hair. I was wondering if I could purchase a groupon and split the 8 sessions between the two areas?

Rachel A.  asked on  Dec 20, 2012

A:

Call the office and we can work something out for you. 016-316-1219. Thanks.

Q:

Can I buy 3 Groupons for myself? Is the Spa open on Saturdays and upto what time on weekdays? If the voucher is for UPTO 8 sessions, but you need a month at least between two treatments, it means one would never get 7 or 8 treatments done as the voucher expires in 120 days, is that right?

Neema T.  asked on  Dec 19, 2012

A:

1) As noted in the Fine Print on the deal page, "Limit 1 per person.”

2) For availability inquiries, I suggest contacting them directly at (916) 983-2193.

3) As noted in the Fine Print on the deal page, "Must activate by the expiration date on your Groupon, treatments expire 1 year from activation date.” So you would have a year for all the treatments.

Q:

I was interested in having upper lip and areola done. I know this is too separate areas and this would not be the entire breast would this be considered a medium area? Since there is a limit of one per person Would I only be able To pick one or the other? Thank you

Ericka B.  asked on  Dec 19, 2012

A:

You would only be able to one Groupon in total. I would suggest contacting the practice directly at (916) 983-2193 for more information and their recommendation on which Groupon would be the best purchase for you.

Q:

Hi! I did see the list already, but was wondering what "size" it would be for chin and a small part of the neck.....they are both listed separately... It's not a complete face, which is listed as a large area....

tamara f.  asked on  Dec 18, 2012

A:

The two together would be a medium area.
