Is this a painful procedure? Or do you use some type of anesteshia? I had sclerotherapy before and it was pretty painful, plus wearing the stockings in !10 degree weather is the worst thing possible!

A:

It can be depending on the vein size. Many people do it with nothing, however, if you request it before hand we can premedicate you. For an addition fee we can also use numbing cream and even nitrous oxide.
