Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

What is the difference between the versa spray and the mystic spray tan?

Terri B.  asked on  Nov 26, 2012

A:

The Versa Spa is the fastest and darkest tanning we offer plus skin care. It has an open – door concept without a lingering mist and automatically dries the tanner. Along with perfectly flawless coverage, deeper, longer – lasting results, voice automation guiding you throughout the application, you can add a moisturizing anti – aging and skin firming post spray as well. The Mystic Tan uses Magne Tan technology which is based on Electrostatics. The patented nozzle induces a negative field to the solution, so the tiny particles of mist are attracted to the body just like little tiny magnets. This means that the mist is attracted to the body, which is naturally positive, or neutral. The difference is that you are not being “flat” sprayed; you are actually drawing the mist toward you, so you get an even, uniform application. Also, just like magnets, since opposite fields attract and like fields repel, once the mist has connected with the skin, the next particle of mist will not be able to go to the same spot (2 negatives repel), so it will either “move” to the next available positive spot, or simply lose it’s charge and drop.

More Questions and Answers

Q:

Is there a BIG difference between the Versa Spa and the Mystic Tan, other than you get 2 visits with the Versa and 3 with the Mystic. Is one better than the other? How long do they "normally" last? I have never tried this before and I want something that will give a nice tan and that if I decide to keep on with more sessions is not too expensive. Thanks!

Q:

I would like to purchase the Mystic Tan airbrush sprays at the Pompano Beach location since I just moved here, just want to make sure....these are not in a booth (like VersaSpa), but hand sprayed by a technician with a ph prep? (that is what I had before I moved..looking for new place). And it is $20 for all 3 separate spray appointments? (GREAT DEAL BTW)

ROBYN  asked on  Nov 26, 2012

A:

The Mystic Tan is not airbrushing, but in a booth, similar to the Versa Spa
