David London, the Washington Post's "favorite mad-genius magician," has been blowing minds up and down the East Coast with his acclaimed cabaret show Magic Outside the Box, an engaging blend of illusion, storytelling, comedy, puppetry and even some sly surrealism. Now he's bringing this entertaining evening of meta-magic to the Pittsburgh Playwrights Theatre. A 20-year practitioner, student and writer on the art of illusion, London has created five original stage productions and appeared at more than 30 performance festivals, including Burning Man.
