Very unorganized and unprofessional. We used him for our wedding pictures. He printed the wrong picture and didn't have the digital pictures ready when we made an appointment to pick them up. We had to remind him three times what pictures we wanted. It was an awful experience. In the end, we just forgot about the pictures because we were so fed up. Mind you, this was our wedding.
